Modular Letters
Modular typeface design
In today’s exercise, we will dive into Glyphs drawing by creating modular letters through the use of components.
- If you don’t yet have Glyphs yet, download it first
- Create 2 components shapes
- Pick your name, or a word with least 5 letters
- Draw these letters using just those two components
- Export your typeface into a font, and use it on your class site via the
@font-face
method. Review how.
